How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room, layout changes and the finishes you choose. After the free in-home visit you get one fixed, itemized price. It doesn't change unless you change the scope.
How long will I be without my kitchen or bathroom?
Bathrooms usually take a few weeks, kitchens a bit longer. You'll get a written schedule with your quote, and we order materials before demo starts so your room isn't torn up while we wait on parts.
Do I need to be home during construction?
No. Many clients go to work as usual. We protect your floors, put up dust barriers and clean up every day.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections. It's included in your quote.
Can you remodel both my kitchen and bathroom?
Yes. Choose "Both" in the estimate form and we'll plan them together on one schedule.
